Service requests

Submitting the request form sends your details to our office. It does not create a confirmed appointment. Work is scheduled only after we contact you and both sides agree on the scope and timing.

No emergency guarantee

Our phone line is answered open 24 hours, but the website does not promise a response time. If you have an electrical emergency, call (423) 823-8926 rather than using the form. For fire, smoke, or immediate danger, call 911.

Estimates and scope

Any pricing or scope discussed is based on the information available at the time. Conditions found once work begins may change what is required, and we will discuss those changes with you before continuing.
